Very good location and friendly staff, rooms need refurbishment.
The proximity to the beach and the breakfast. The Staff was friendly.
Rooms are a bit old and tired. There was an issue with the electric system in my room so they gave me another room for one night until the issue was fixed.

Very Good
This hotel in Marbella is an excellente in value for money. If you don't mind that that hotel needs a refurbishment, you will have a wonderful experience there. The staff is lovely, the breakfast is great, and the location is amazing. The neighbourhood is quiet, however, within 3 minutes you can reach both the old town and the busy beachside walk. So we really enjoyed this hotel.
A full refurbisment would highly elevate the value of the hotel, but we liked this, too.

Good value for money
Customer service was outstanding. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. We were even provided with an umbrella on a rainy day. Locationwas good, right in front of the beach. Our room had a balcony that looked onto the beach.
The beds were hard. I mean very firm. The safe in the room was only available at an extra cost per day.
